It is suitable for those who also have high blood lipid level.  The post-stroke patients’ dietary contraindications beef marrow: sweet warmth tonic deficiency, is a high-fat, high cholesterol food. People with hypertension, hyperlipidemia and atherosclerosis with cardiovascular disease should not eat it.  Dog meat: a warm tonic food, easy to help heat and fire. Pork liver: because the content of cholesterol in the pig liver is high, according to the analysis of each 100 grams of pig liver, containing about 368 mg of cholesterol, often eat more pig liver, hypertension and hyperlipidemia is not conducive, it should be appropriate to avoid eating as appropriate.  Pork kidney: commonly known as pork loin. Although it has the function of kidney, but contains a high amount of cholesterol. According to analysis, each 100 grams of pork loin contains 405 mg of cholesterol, more than the pig liver. Therefore, those who suffer from high blood pressure, should not eat more often.  Chicken: warm, sweet, fatty and congested food. It is said in the “Food and Drink Book” that “eating more heat and wind, all wind diseases are contraindicated”. The “diet instructions” also cloud: “chicken, good for the wind to help liver fire.” Because chicken is warm and heat-assisted easy to move the wind, especially easy to cause internal stroke, so people with high blood pressure and aura of stroke should not eat it, especially avoid eating the head, wings and claws of the rooster.  Duck eggs: Because duck eggs (especially duck egg yolk) contain extremely high cholesterol, so people with cardiovascular disease should not eat more. Pepper: Chinese medicine believes that pepper is pungent, hot, dry, pungent away from the gas, heat helps fire. If hypertensive patients with strong body, liver fire, or yin deficiency with fire, internal heat, should not eat more. Li Shizhen called it “pure Yang poison, the same as the fire, over-drinking, killing people instantly.” Modern scholars believe that the alcohol content in white wine affects the synthesis of endogenous cholesterol in the liver, which increases the concentration of plasma cholesterol and triglycerides, causing atherosclerosis. It can also cause deposition of fat in the heart muscle, which enlarges the heart and causes hypertension and coronary heart disease. Therefore, those who suffer from hypertension, do not eat more spirits.  Salt: cold, salty. Many medical experts at home and abroad have pointed out that eating too much salt is an important cause of hypertension. Our epidemiological survey in 1979 also showed that: the amount of salt and blood pressure has a direct relationship. Therefore, anyone suffering from hypertension, do not eat more salt.  Ginseng: warm in nature and sweet and bitter in taste, it is a warming and strengthening agent, which can help the disadvantage of heat and fire. Do not eat it when hypertensive patients have elevated blood pressure, dizziness and headache, impatience, redness and redness of the face. Generally speaking, all hypertensive patients who do not have the symptoms of qi deficiency and weakness, or who are still in good health, should not eat it. This also includes coronary heart disease, arteriosclerosis, hyperlipidemia, etc.  Care methods for the sequelae of stroke 1, emotional care: most patients after a stroke, more cherish life, emotional comfort, and can actively cooperate with treatment. Diet to light, less greasy, easy to digest, low sugar as the principle, but also according to the internal organs of the partial victory and decline of the diarrhea, such as liver and kidney yin deficiency, liver Yang, it is appropriate to eat more black fungus, black sesame, etc. to benefit the liver and kidney. Those who are suffering from Qi deficiency and blood stagnation should eat more barley porridge, ginseng, astragalus porridge, etc. to strengthen the spleen and benefit the Qi; those who are suffering from heat stagnation should abstain from alcohol, those with high blood pressure should enter a low-salt diet, and those with combined obesity should lose weight to control their weight, etc.  In short, after the correct care of stroke sequelae, the patient can maximize the recovery of limb function, reduce the rate of disability, and effectively shorten the recovery period.
