The causes of mosquito flying syndrome and how to treat it?

Aphakia, also known as vitreous opacity, can have both physiological and pathological causes. Physiological is generally a degenerative change, related to the age of the order and high myopia. No special treatment is needed. At present, laser vitreous ablation is available to eliminate the discomfort caused by physiological mosquitoes, and the treatment depends mainly on the patient’s subjective feelings. Pathological causes include retinal vascular obstruction, diabetic retinopathy, inflammation of the retina and uvea, and possibly retinal fissures. People with a history of hypertension and diabetes have a higher likelihood of pathological lesions. For pathological causes of mosquitoes, different treatments should be carried out for different causes. Flying mosquitoes should be found as soon as possible to go to the hospital physical examination except for fundus lesions caused by, so as not to delay treatment. For physiological flying mosquitoes, if the patient subjectively feels a greater impact on life and work, then vitreous ablation is feasible to eliminate flying mosquitoes.
