What to eat for gallbladder stones

Low-fat, low-cholesterol, easy-to-digest foods are preferred for gallbladder stone patients.
Egg yolk, fish roe, animal offal, fatty meat and other high-fat, high-cholesterol food eat as little as possible or do not eat; fried vegetables are recommended to vegetable oil-based, such as corn oil, sunflower oil, soybean oil and so on. Normally develop the habit of drinking more water, light and regular diet.
Eat more vitamin-rich fruits and vegetables, which can provide the necessary vitamins and fiber to prevent cholecystitis attacks; meat to chicken, fish and other high-protein, low-fat meat.
Patients with gallbladder stones should have small and frequent meals on a daily basis to stimulate bile secretion, which is conducive to reducing stone formation and avoiding attacks of cholecystitis and biliary colic.
