The precursors of heat stroke are the following symptoms, usually manifested as dizziness, headache, weakness of the limbs accompanied by a certain amount of thirst and sweating. Patients will also have varying degrees of elevated body temperature, in the pre-heatstroke, there is usually a certain amount of work outdoors, or in the high temperature, vertical, exposure to the premise of the working conditions, long hours of work and the disease, when all of the above symptoms of aura heatstroke will appear. First, for patients with the precursors of heat stroke, the patient should first be moved to a cool, dry and ventilated environment for treatment. Remove any tight, damp clothing from the patient’s body. Third, the patient should be actively given glucose and saline, and should be treated with rehydration, and the patient’s temperature, blood pressure, pulse and heart rate should be monitored.
