Women who discharge urine that is red in color need to go to the hospital for further examination to clarify the specific cause. First, due to drugs or food staining, such as taking rifampin, or oral food containing red pigment, can appear red urine. This is when the urine is taken for laboratory examination, no red cells are seen in it, so bleeding is not considered to be the cause; secondly, if a woman has red urine during the physiological period, consider whether the urine is red stained due to vaginal bleeding. It is recommended to perform gynecological examination to exclude vaginal bleeding; third, acute infection of the urinary tract can be manifested as mucosal congestion and bleeding, which is mixed in the urine and manifested as hematuria. Most of them are accompanied by symptoms of urinary frequency, urinary urgency and painful urination. Urine culture, urine routine and laboratory tests are needed to confirm the diagnosis; iv.
