Brown sugar water is not a blood tonic.

Every 100 grams of brown sugar contains about 389kcal, of which 96.6 grams of carbohydrates, 0.7 grams of protein, 157 milligrams of calcium and 2.2 milligrams of iron. It can be seen that the iron content in brown sugar is not as high as one might think. In contrast, pig liver contains 22.6 mg of iron per 100 grams, and the iron in pig liver is animal iron with a high absorption rate.
The main nutritional value of brown sugar water is to provide carbohydrates and energy for the body, but it should not be consumed in excess, otherwise it is easy to lead to the conversion of carbohydrates into fat, making the body fat. Diabetic patients should not intake of brown sugar water, children should not be too much intake of brown sugar water, so as not to lead to dental caries and other problems.
