Lung cancer fourth generation targeted drugs are available and are about to enter the human trial stage. The fourth generation of lung cancer, i.e. tyrosine kinase inhibitor, has inhibitory effect on many kinases, such as ALK, ROS1 proto-oncogene, insulin-like growth factor-1 receptor, epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) deletion and point mutation with inhibitory activity. It inhibits tumor growth by inhibiting the kinase at the targeted site of action, thus reducing the size of the tumor for subsequent surgical treatment, etc. The fourth generation of targeted drugs for lung cancer has a much lower drug resistance rate and good therapeutic effect with few side effects, which can be expected to significantly improve the quality of life of lung cancer patients. The fourth generation of targeted drugs for lung cancer is still in the stage of human trials, and is only for reference and understanding.
