How to Concoct Oyster Shells

The Chinese medicine name of oyster shell is oyster, which is a kind of shellfish. There are four methods of concocting oyster, vinegar oyster, calcined oyster and salt oyster.
1. Oyster: the original herb is removed from impurities, washed, dried and crushed.
2. Oyster in vinegar: the net oyster is placed on a smokeless stove and heated by fire, calcined until red and then taken out and sprayed with vinegar, and then crushed after cooling.
3. Calcined oyster: put the net oyster on the smokeless stove fire and heat it with the fire, take it out when it is crispy, let it cool and crush it.
4. Salt oyster: Heat the net oyster with fire, take it out when it is calcined until it is red, add salt water and mix it well, and then crumble it after it cools down.
Oyster has the efficacy of tranquilizing the mind (stabilizing the mind by using ores and other medicines), submerging yang and tonifying yin, softening and dispersing hard lumps. It can be used for palpitations and insomnia, dizziness and tinnitus, scrofula (mainly refers to tuberculosis of lymph nodes of neck), phlegm and nucleus (lumps swollen up like nucleus under the skin), mass in the abdomen (lumps in women’s lower abdomen), and plumping up (lumps) and other symptoms.
Its adverse reactions and contraindications are not clear, need to pay attention to the product for a long time or take more, easy to cause indigestion and constipation.
