Non-pharmacological treatment: brace can prevent kyphosis, massage can loosen muscle spasm, radiotherapy has the effect of reducing pain and relieving muscle spasm. 2.Surgical treatment: Synovectomy and joint cleaning of knee and hip joints can be performed in the early stage, while joint release, osteotomy and joint replacement can be performed in the late stage. At present, arthroplasty is widely used, mainly for joint deformity, activity is obviously limited. Spinal osteotomy and orthopedic surgery can be performed in cases of ankylosing spondylitis with hunchback deformity.
