There are no sprays available for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation. Lumbar disc herniation often causes manifestations of back pain, which can usually be relieved by medication, such as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (ibuprofen, celecoxib), myorelaxants (commonly used as etoperisone), nutritive neurotropic drugs (e.g. vitamin B1, methylcobalamin), and central analgesic drugs (e.g. tramadol, oxycodone) can be considered as well. Certain Chinese herbal sprays using herbs that invigorate blood circulation and remove blood stasis can provide short-term relief of back pain and leg pain caused by herniated discs, but there is no evidence that they can completely eradicate lumbar disc herniation. In the clinic if there is a lumbar disc herniation still need to go to the hospital for examination, to find out the cause of the disease, and under the guidance of the doctor to use medication, can not blindly use sprays.
