What’s going on with prostate hematuria?

Hematuria of prostate may be caused by prostatitis, prostate hyperplasia, bladder cancer and other diseases. 1. Prostatitis: It is mainly due to pathogen infection, which will lead to inflammation of the prostate gland, thus leading to hematuria. 2. Prostatic hyperplasia: Prostatic hyperplasia will lead to hyperplasia of blood vessels and fibrous tissues, which will lead to unsmooth and laborious urination. Excessive force during urination will easily rupture the hyperplasia blood vessels in the prostate, which will cause hematuria of the prostate. 3. Bladder cancer: it belongs to malignant neoplastic disease. With the gradual aggravation of the disease, the tumor will invade the local blood vessels and metastasize to other tissues and organs, thus causing rupture and bleeding of the affected blood vessels and formation of hematuria. Prostate hematuria needs to go to the hospital for targeted examination and symptomatic treatment according to the specific cause.
