Is the 1-minute self-test for early detection of cervical cancer reliable?

The 1-minute self-test for cervical cancer is early and unreliable.

The diagnosis of cervical cancer is a complicated process, clinically there is no “1-minute self-test for early stage of cervical cancer”, there is no basis to speak of, it is not reliable.

Patients suspected of cervical cancer need to undergo HPV test and/or cervical/vaginal cytology, colposcopy and pathology (the “three-step” diagnostic procedure) or direct biopsy of cervical masses to make a clear diagnosis.

If a woman experiences recurrent or prolonged irregular vaginal bleeding, painful sexual intercourse; increased vaginal discharge that is bloody, watery or rice slop with a foul odor; she needs to consult a doctor in time to find out the cause of the disease and treat the cause.

Do not blindly believe in some unsupported self-testing methods, it is not recommended to take such methods to self-test for cervical cancer, and it is recommended to go to regular hospitals in time to avoid delaying the condition.
