Bone age before jumping rope is useful

  Bone age is short for skeletal age and usually involves taking x-rays of the left wrist. Doctors use x-rays to observe the degree of development of the metacarpal phalanges, wrist bones and the ossification center of the lower radius and ulna of the left hand to determine bone age and to speculate on height potential. Children whose bone age is greater than their true age tend to be short and need timely lifestyle adjustments, medical intervention and medication if necessary.  It is not always useful to jump rope at an advanced bone age. Some children’s advanced bone age is a manifestation of precocious puberty, and the expected adult height may be affected, so they need to go to the hospital in time, and some may also need to use gonadotropin-releasing hormone analogues (LHRHa) to control the child’s development to improve the adult height. Some of them are secondary to the overage of bone age, or the bone age of girls is over 17.3 years, and boys are over 18.4 years, jumping rope to grow taller is not very useful.  We all expect that the baby can grow taller, so that the baby scientific methods to increase the height of many, such as reasonable nutrition, moderate exercise, sufficient sleep, eat more milk and other foods containing protein and calcium sufficient to ensure adequate nutrition, ensure sufficient sleep, moderate participation in jumping rope, swimming, playing basketball, jogging, running stairs and other sports, there is hope to grow taller.
