Blurred eyes after a cerebral infarction should be treated primarily for cerebral infarction. Patients in the ultra-early stage are given intravenous thrombolytic therapy when thrombolysis is appropriate, and commonly used drugs include alteplase and urokinase. Patients in the acute phase, when thrombolysis is not appropriate, are given aspirin antiplatelet aggregation therapy as early as possible. If aspirin is not tolerated, clopidogrel may also be used. At the same time, neuroprotective and blood circulation improvement treatments are given. The main drugs for neuroprotective treatment are edaravone, cytidylcholine and cerebroprotein hydrolysate; the main drugs for improving blood circulation are shuxin, vincristine and chuanxiongzine, and also salvia and safflower can be applied. The blurred eyes caused after cerebral infarction are mainly seen in the lesions of occipital lobe, and patients can also develop somatic neurological dysfunction. If the symptoms and signs of somatic neurological function are more important, rehabilitation treatment should be given as early as possible after the condition is stabilized. The blurred eyes may get better after the recovery of cerebral infarction.
