1. Nail bruises are caused by local trauma to the nails, usually caused by blunt force impact injuries or pressure injuries, but also some people are caused by inappropriate shoes. People who wear high heels for a long time or like strenuous exercise are more likely to squeeze the toenail to cause pressing pain.
2. Inguinitis is caused by bacterial infection, and the nail grows into the skin, irritating the skin. The main manifestation is redness and swelling of the skin next to the nail, with obvious pain and pressure pain.
3. Onychomycosis is caused by a fungal infection. Most of the fungus on the feet spreads under the nails and causes changes to the nails. Ringworm can cause nails to become thicker, brittle and distorted in shape. It tends to cause the nail to grow into the skin, irritating the skin and causing pain and tenderness.
