Normal physiological phenomenon: after wound closure, the tissue inside the wound will be hardened due to edema; with the passage of time, the edema will gradually subside, and the hardened tissue will gradually soften, generally within half a year, the wound will gradually become softer. 2. Keloid hyperplasia: If the patient is keloid, the hardness inside the wound may be due to the necrotic tissue not discharged, which may be accompanied by reddish and purple surface color and keloid, which will not be relieved; the scar tissue needs to be excised through surgery.
