Indications】
For patients with renal hypertension and high diastolic blood pressure. The effect is not very good alone, and is prone to side effects, so it is often used in combination with reserpine, hydrochlorothiazide, guanethidine or insulin to increase the efficacy.
Dosage and Administration
Orally or by sedative injection, intramuscular injection: generally use a small amount at the beginning, 10mg each time, 4 times a day for 2-4 days, and then gradually increase the dosage. In the first week, 25mg per dose, 4 times daily, after the second week, 50mg per dose, 4 times daily (if the daily exceeds 400mg, it is easy to produce adverse reactions).
Precautions]
1. Drug resistance and adverse reactions such as headache, palpitation and nausea may occur after taking.
2. Long-term high dose of this product can cause rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus-like reactions.
3.It is prohibited in patients with coronary artery lesions, cerebral vascular sclerosis, tachycardia and angina pectoris.
4.Adverse reactions include postural hypotension, fever, dizziness, sweating and dyspnea.
