Early signs of intestinal polyp symptoms

Intestinal polyps are elevated lesions of the intestinal mucosa protruding into the intestinal lumen, which can occur in any part of the intestinal tract, with polyps of the large intestine being the most common. Small intestinal polyps have no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and the earliest typical symptoms are abdominal pain, increased mucus in the stool, bloody stools, and changes in bowel habits.
1. Abdominal pain: mainly manifested as recurrent hidden pain, partly related to bowel movement.
2. Increased mucus in the stool: it is related to the inflammation on the surface of the polyp, resulting in increased tissue exudation.
3. Bloody stools: polyp surface ulceration, capillary rupture bleeding will lead to bloody stools.
4. Changes in bowel habits: the main manifestations are increased frequency of bowel movements, urgency and heaviness (discomfort in the lower abdomen, wanting to defecate, and a feeling of incomplete defecation after defecation), as well as diarrhea, constipation, alternating conditions.
The appearance of intestinal defecation abnormalities, need to consult a doctor for observation, clear diagnosis of the condition, under the guidance of a professional doctor, to develop a reasonable and standardized treatment plan.
