What is the cause of a vague pain in the left testicle?

Hidden pain in the left testicle may be some kind of physiological phenomenon, or it may be a symptom of certain diseases, such as testicular inflammation, testicular tumor, varicocele, etc., which should be promptly consulted to find out the cause of the disease and treated under the guidance of the doctor.
1. Physiological factors: after intense sex or masturbation, the patient may experience vague pain in the left testicle, which can be relieved after rest.
2. Pathologic factors:
