Hidden pain in the left testicle may be some kind of physiological phenomenon, or it may be a symptom of certain diseases, such as testicular inflammation, testicular tumor, varicocele, etc., which should be promptly consulted to find out the cause of the disease and treated under the guidance of the doctor.
1. Physiological factors: after intense sex or masturbation, the patient may experience vague pain in the left testicle, which can be relieved after rest.
2. Pathologic factors:
(1) Testicular inflammation: it is mainly caused by the invasion of pathogenic bacteria to the testicles, due to the stimulation of inflammation, it can cause vague pain in the testicles, and some of them will lead to the increase of skin surface temperature and red color.
(2) Testicular tumor: it is related to genetic factors to some extent. If there is a tumor in the testicle, due to the continuous growth of the tumor, it will invade the surrounding tissues, which will also cause hidden pain, and usually needs to be removed surgically.
(3) Varicose veins: Varicose veins occur due to prolonged standing and sedentary behavior, which can lead to swelling in the testicle area.
If persistent testicular pain occurs, it is important to seek timely medical attention and not to leave it unimportant or self-medicate, which may delay the condition.
