Acetylcysteine injection generally needs intravenous drip, make acetylcysteine injection 8g (40ml) diluted with 10% dextrose injection 250ml drip, once a day, the course of treatment for 45 days.
The above dosage is based on the results of domestic clinical research, other treatments in the trial include: vitamin K10mg added to 5-10% dextrose injection drip, once a day; hepatocyte growth promoter 20mg added to 10% dextrose injection 250ml drip, once a day, hypoproteinemia and ascites with 200ml of plasma or 10g of albumin, every other day, ranitidine Ranitidine 150mg, orally, 3 times a day.
If acetylcysteine injection is injected too quickly, nausea, vomiting, rash, dizziness, headache, allergic reactions and other adverse reactions, patients with allergic reactions to acetylcysteine injection, or patients with bronchial asthma, gastric ulcers and other diseases, and pregnant women, nursing mothers, be careful to use.
