Laparoscopy for infertility

When it comes to laparoscopic surgery to treat infertility, there is a case from more than 10 years ago that is very impressive. A Pei was a five-star hotel manager, a beautiful person, with a smooth career and a harmonious family, but her only defect was that she had not conceived for more than 5 years. In the first two years, she was in no hurry to conceive because of her career, but later she did not conceive for three years without contraception. Her husband, a Taiwanese, runs a factory here and has a very good business. Ah Pei knew that her husband did not want her to be too stressed. At first, she did not have any effect because she did not visit her doctor on time due to her work, and then she simply quit her job to see a doctor, and did all kinds of tests. Later on, she also came to me and I told her that she should consider laparoscopy if she could not find the cause of infertility in the second year of routine examination. The result was that the pelvic cavity was generally normal, the fallopian tubes were clear and free of adhesions, and upon closer examination, it turned out that there was a very thin and smooth transparent membrane wrapped around the surface of the ovaries bilaterally, only on the surface of the ovaries, with no adhesions to the pelvic wall and surrounding areas. This is the main reason why the discharged eggs cannot be picked up by the fallopian tubes, so the infertility has not been discovered yet. She followed her husband to Taiwan and came back a few years later to tell me that she had three babies in a row in four years and now she has to find a way to prevent pregnancy. In fact, laparoscopy can reveal many causes of infertility that cannot be found by conventional tests, but of course, a specialist can find the real cause, and there is something to be said for that.
