How is embedded prepuce treated?

The embedded prepuce is a common complication of prepuce or circumcision, mostly seen after masturbation or sexual intercourse, when the foreskin is not reset after turning up above the head of the penis, and the foreskin mouth is tightly strangled at the coronal groove, which will block the circulation and affect the lymph and venous return flow and cause edema. After the foreskin edema, the narrow ring of the foreskin mouth is getting tighter and tighter, if not treated in time, the distal penis can cause necrosis and detachment. The method is to hold the foreskin edema and glans with your hand, gradually pressurize the edema fluid to spread to the root of the penis, so that the edema is reduced, then use two thumbs to press the head of the penis, and push and pull the foreskin down with the food and middle fingers to reset. When the edema is serious, the foreskin can be shallowly stabbed with a needle under aseptic conditions at the obvious place of edema, and then squeezed to make the edema flow out to achieve the purpose of decompression, and then perform manual reset.

If the manual reset fails, the dorsal circumcision should be done, the point is to cut the narrow ring, otherwise it will not work, later circumcision must be performed, if the tissue is healthy at the time, no necrosis erosion, circumcision can be performed immediately, in order to achieve the purpose of complete treatment.
