NT can be done with birth control injections. NT refers to the thickness of fetal nuchal translucency, which is an ultrasound test performed between 11~13+6 weeks of pregnancy to screen for the risk of fetal aneuploidy chromosomal abnormality, and needs to be performed by a professional physician, with a normal value of less than 2.5mm. NT test is not affected by the medication used for fertility preservation, so it is possible to perform NT test when a pregnant woman has a preterm miscarriage and is on fertility preservation treatment. When the NT test is positive, the diagnosis is not definitive, and prenatal counseling and prenatal diagnosis are required to further clarify the diagnosis. When the NT test is normal, it does not mean that it is completely normal, so you should continue to have regular checkups and undergo serologic tests such as Down’s syndrome screening and ultrasound for fetal structural anomalies during the middle trimester to further screen the development of the fetus.
