How is abnormal thyroid function treated?

The results of the thyroid function tests: FT4:19.6 (10.4-23.5), FT3:3.7 (2.3-6.2), TSH:1.4 (0.4-4) are normal. The first three tests show that the thyroid gland is functioning normally, while the last two tests (thyroid microsomal antibodies and thyroglobulin antibodies) are auto-antibodies to the thyroid gland, and increased levels indicate an auto-immune reaction in the thyroid gland. What is important to know here are the pathology results of your thyroid tissue. The pathology reports papillary thyroid carcinoma with total excision on the left side and sub-total excision on the right side. The envelope is partially invaded with marks. The surgery is two months and five years away and no lymph node dissection has been done. What other tests should be done? For patients with thyroid cancer, you need to take thyroxine tablets after surgery to suppress the TSH level to a minimum, the purpose of which is to inhibit the growth of the tumor, so you should take thyroxine tablets (eugenol) and adjust the dose of eugenol according to the TSH level.
