Physiologic arrhythmias do not require treatment and may resolve spontaneously. Pathologic arrhythmias can be cured after active treatment of the original disease.
1. Arrhythmias caused by bad habits, such as staying up late at night, smoking, drinking strong tea or coffee, etc. do not require treatment and can be cured by terminating the bad habits in time.
2. Arrhythmia caused by coronary heart disease, valvular disease, hyperthyroidism and other clear causes of arrhythmia, in the treatment of the original disease at the same time, the application of drugs to improve the arrhythmia.
Such as coronary artery disease need to expand the coronary anti platelet lipid lowering, the serious need for intervention, thrombolysis; valve disease need to repair the valve or valve replacement; hyperthyroidism need to be antithyroid therapy, and so on. For example, lidocaine is often used for ventricular arrhythmia caused by organic heart disease, verapamil is used to treat supraventricular arrhythmia, and punarol is used for tachyarrhythmia caused by hyperthyroidism.
3. Arrhythmias caused by primary structural abnormalities of the electrocardiogram, asymptomatic without treatment, symptomatic application of antiarrhythmic drugs to improve symptoms, such as lidocaine for ventricular arrhythmia, verapamil for supraventricular arrhythmia, and so on. Surgery is required for the cure, such as pacemaker for bradyarrhythmias and radiofrequency ablation for tachyarrhythmias.
Different types of arrhythmias have different cures, and it is necessary to go to the hospital and ask the clinician to clarify the type of arrhythmia and guide the treatment.
