What’s wrong with the dizziness?

Frequent dizziness may be caused by excessive pressure, malnutrition, insufficient blood supply to the brain, cervical spine disease and so on.
1. Excessive pressure: If there is a lot of psychological pressure, mental stress and nervousness, it may cause cerebral vascular spasm, which will have an impact on the blood supply to the brain, thus leading to dizziness.
2. Malnutrition: If the body is malnourished, it may easily lead to symptoms such as low blood pressure, anemia, and psychological abnormalities. As the body does not get enough nutrient supply, it is also more prone to the symptoms of dizziness.
3. Insufficient blood supply to the brain: If there are lesions such as atherosclerosis, it will make the blood viscosity high and the blood flow slow, which will lead to insufficient blood supply to the brain, so it is easy to have symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, tiredness and so on.
4. Cervical spine disease: If you habitually lower your head at work or sleep with too high a pillow at night, it may lead to cervical spine disease, and herniated cervical discs or osteophytes may compress the vertebral artery, which hinders the speed of blood circulation and makes you prone to the symptoms of dizziness.
Frequent dizziness may also be caused by other reasons, such as cardiogenic diseases, auricular diseases, etc. It is recommended to actively go to a regular hospital, a clear diagnosis, under the guidance of a professional doctor to adopt a suitable treatment program, so as not to delay the condition.
