In today’s society, which is in a special historical stage of structural adjustment, the doctor-patient relationship is also undergoing a period of profound change in development. The author has always believed that harmony between individuals is both the original intention and the destination. Harmonious soul ravine (HSR) is a place where people with the same or similar characteristics can purify their hearts and minds, become peaceful and quiet from restlessness, and enter into a space of eternal harmony of essence, energy and spirit. Here can let you know that the “glass heart” is not forgotten because of the broken heart, all the traces of pain, everything has long been indifferent, then again sweet and bitter I would like to spend together, the original I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! CHD is a group of congenital malformations that have actual or potential effects on cardiac function due to abnormal cardiovascular development during fetal life, and is currently the most common congenital malformation and the leading cause of infant and child mortality. The result is a heart disease. Commonly, these include patent ductus arteriosus (PDA), aortic stenosis, pulmonary stenosis (PS), atrial septal defect (ASD), ventricular septal defect (VSD), tetralogy of Fallot, mitral stenosis or incomplete closure, tricuspid valve subluxation, and aortic sinus aneurysm rupture. The most common adult congenital heart diseases are diastolic aortic valve and atrial defect are the most common, followed by aortic constriction and pulmonary valve stenosis; the most common ventricular defect in pediatric patients can live into adulthood without surgery, and this ventricular defect mostly has automatic atresia. Adults are unlikely to have complex congenital heart disease, and if they do, they generally do not survive into adulthood. The main clinical manifestations include dyspnea, panic, weakness, precordial pain, cough and hemoptysis, cardiac syncope and palpitations. Because of its diverse and complex clinical manifestations, it poses difficulties in clinical diagnosis and treatment. The diagnosis can be confirmed based on symptoms, signs, cardiac ultrasound, X-ray film and electrocardiogram, cardiovascular imaging and other examinations. Once congenital heart disease is diagnosed, its treatment methods include medical treatment, transcatheter intervention and surgical treatment; while the treatment methods for cyanotic precocious heart disease include surgical operation and medical-surgical mosaic treatment. The method and timing of the treatment of precipitant heart disease should be chosen according to the condition. I. Diet: 1. During the rehabilitation period, it is advisable to strengthen nutrition and give a diet with high protein, low fat, high vitamin and easy to digest; encourage more vegetables, fruits and other foods containing more fiber, and keep the bowel movement smooth to reduce the heart load. 2, salty food intake should be given appropriate restrictions according to their heart function status, avoid alcohol in the early stage, do not overeat. Surgery normal, and no sequelae occur, generally 6 months after surgery to give low salt diet; oral digoxin or diuretics. Diet:High protein, high vitamin, 3. Calcium supplementation is important, calcium is a very important electrolyte to maintain heart function. Foods high in calcium – oranges, bananas, potatoes, dried fruits, beef, chicken, fish, etc. 4. Contraindicated diet includes high fat (saturated fat) diet, sugar, salt, food with more MSG, food containing preservatives; breastfed infants should be regulated according to symptoms, the amount of breast milk, no need to restrict; when using diuretics or cardiac stimulants, artificially limiting the amount of breast milk, there is a risk of dehydration, so pay attention to the amount of breast milk and urination balance. 2. Activities: 1. Patients with simple extracorporeal circulation surgery (e.g. secondary atrial septal defect, small ventricular septal defect, pulmonary valve stenosis) generally rest for 3 months after discharge; after complex surgery (e.g. tetralogy of Fallot, transposition of the great arteries), generally rest for 3 to 6 months is required. 2.Ensure enough sleep daily, keep a happy spirit, and avoid emotional excitement to prevent increasing the heart load. 3.Adhere to moderate physical activity during the rest period, moderate emotions, and gradually increase the amount of activity to the extent that you do not feel chest tightness and panic. 4.Avoid tension and excitement during the activity period. Activities include taking care of daily life, washing dishes, cleaning tables, sweeping the floor, etc., and can participate in some relaxing recreational activities, physical exercise mainly walking, bicycling and taijiquan. Drug treatment: 1, through the surgery has been mostly cured, after discharge from the hospital generally do not need to take medication treatment. 2. For those with poor cardiac function after surgery for complex cardiac malformations, it is still necessary to continue to support cardiac function with medication, mainly cardiotonic, diuretic and vasodilator drugs (taken under the guidance of the treating physician). IV. Review indications: The review is mainly for physical examination, electrocardiogram, cardiac ultrasound and X-ray cardiac film, etc. 1.A week after discharge, the first regular checkup, and then according to the state of the child, generally 3 months, half a year, 1 year after surgery follow-up review each time, and then every 1 to 2 years, if there is no major problem, 3 years after the review can not be re-examined. 2.If there is unexplained fever, cough, hemoptysis, chest pain, surgical site edema, redness, no memory, obvious loss of appetite, fatigue, syncope, dyspnea, swelling after vertigo, seated breathing, shortness of breath, premature beats and arrhythmia, etc., come to the hospital immediately for examination. V. Precautions: 1. Attention should be paid to the maintenance of cardiac function after complex surgery. Those whose cardiac function has recovered to grade I should not participate in physical work above moderate level either; those whose cardiac function is grade II are only suitable for general work and should not participate in physical activities; those whose cardiac function is grade II or above should continue cardiac function treatment and should not participate in work. 2, congenital heart disease after good recovery from surgery, no serious complications and sequelae, to the age of marriage most can get married and lead a normal sex life. However, it should be noted that the marriage must be after the complete recovery of physical strength and heart function and obtain the doctor’s consent. Most female patients can also get pregnant and have children after marriage. A few complicated cases should be decided on a case-by-case basis, such as poor postoperative heart function, pregnancy is not advisable so as not to increase the burden on the heart. 3. Enhance physical fitness, prevent colds and flu, avoid strenuous activities for 1 month after surgery, and adhere to medication. It is not suitable for treatment of dental caries in 3-6 months after surgery, if you need treatment, you should discuss with cardiologist, and prophylactic antibiotic treatment should be carried out before treatment; you must take proper care of teeth in daily life, brush and chew correctly, pay attention to oral hygiene, and check teeth once every six months. 4.After the surgery, it is necessary to arrange the daily life according to the type of heart disease and the method of surgery, whether there are any after-effects of the surgery, and the condition of the heart function, etc. There are individual differences. Those without complications should gradually increase their activities in about 4 to 6 weeks. After surgery, due to pain, there may be changes in shape to pay attention to the head and neck muscles and move more to prevent both shoulders from drooping. About 2 weeks after surgery, take more rest, prevent infection, and avoid places where people gather as much as possible; after 2 months, gradually encourage to live a normal life. 5.Before the wound is completely healed after surgery, pay attention to prevent water or soap and water, about 1 week after stitch removal, the wound is healed before bathing, using warm water can improve blood circulation; it takes 6-8 weeks for the sternum to heal, pay attention to the front chest to prevent impact and excessive activity; 3 months later, you can swim; 6 months later, you can do Taekwondo. 6.Try not to vaccinate 1 month before and 1 month after heart surgery; discuss with the doctor about vaccination 3 months after surgery. 7.Patients with palliative surgery should limit their activities after surgery and pay attention to prevent infection. If you need to travel for a long period of time, you should contact your doctor and follow medical advice before traveling.
