There are two ways to deal with this situation: 1. According to the Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Diseases in Pregnancy and the Postpartum Period, if TSH is higher than the upper limit of the reference value, and if it is accompanied by positive thyroid antibodies, it is recommended that L-T4 (levothyroxine) be given; if it is not accompanied by positive thyroid antibodies, it is neither recommended nor opposed to give L-T4 treatment. 2. In actual clinical practice, if TSH is higher than the upper limit of the reference value, regardless of the presence or absence of positive thyroid antibodies, most doctors recommend L-T4 treatment. It is recommended to give eugenol treatment.
