How can I improve my funnel chest with exercise?

Patients with mild symptoms of funnel chest can prevent worsening of symptoms through daily functional exercises and dietary care. So, what are the specific exercises? How to exercise to prevent the aggravation of the symptoms of funnel chest: 1. Push-ups. This action is very common, but girls usually do it with both knees on the ground. Repeat this action for 3 groups of 10 times each. 2, chest squeeze. This action can exercise both chest, but also exercise shoulders and arms. Sitting cross-legged on the ground, hands in the middle of a ball (can also do unarmed, that is, hands clutching each other push), pay attention to the small arms to parallel to the ground. Squeeze the ball with both hands, feel the chest force, and then hold for 1 to 2 seconds and then slowly release. Repeat this action for 3 groups, 20 times per group. 3, dumbbell bench press. Lie on your back on the pedals, head, shoulders and hips on the board, cross your legs and bend your knees in front of your chest. Hold a dumbbell in each hand, palms forward, pay attention to the wrists to be straight, and hands into a straight line. The elbows are slightly below the pedals. Then extend the dumbbells vertically upward, but do not fully straighten the arms, keeping them slightly bent. At this point the wrists, both elbows and both shoulders are in the same plane, then slowly return to the starting position. Exhale as you lift the dumbbells and inhale as you lower them. Repeat this movement for 3 sets of 10 reps each. 4, chest lift. Lie on your back on the pedals with your head, shoulders and hips on the board, cross your legs and bend your knees in front of your chest. Hold a dumbbell in both hands and slowly straighten upward, then slowly drop backward to the back of the head, inhale as you drop and exhale as you lift. You have to control the speed, too fast to exercise the muscles in front of the chest. Repeat this action for 3 sets of 10 reps each. How to exercise after a child finds a mild funnel chest? The correct approach is: parents can often take their children to do chest enlargement, i.e., both hands expand outward as much as possible, twice a day, and arrange a good time. You can also let your child do push-ups in the morning, slowly increasing the amount from a small amount, so that the child’s chest defects are slowly restored through such exercises. And very often, patients with mild funnel chest will slowly improve their funnel chest as they grow older.
