There is no such thing as which medication reduces fever quickly and well without harming the liver. Commonly used fever-reducing medications include nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs), glucocorticosteroids, and hibernation combinations. Non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs have antipyretic, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, such as acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Glucocorticoids include prednisone and hydrocortisone, which can be used for high fever due to hematologic disorders and severe infections. Dormant combinations consist of isoprinosine, chlorpromazine and pethidine, which have an inhibitory effect on the center of body temperature, and are able to reduce the body’s response to various pathological stimuli. The above drugs are contraindicated in case of allergy and should be taken in accordance with the doctor’s instructions. If the patient has a fever, it is recommended to go to the regular hospital in time, after clarifying the cause of the disease, under the guidance of the doctor to carry out targeted treatment, in order to reduce the adverse effects of the disease.
