Itching of the vulva is relatively common in clinical practice. The need to use Dacronin in specific treatment depends on the cause of the vulvar itching. If the vulvar itching is caused by a fungal infection, Dacronin can be used. However, there are many other factors that cause vulvar itching besides fungal infection, such as local inflammation, in which case the use of Dacronin will not be useful. There are also some itching caused by aging skin, or by local irritation, in which case the use of Dacronin is of little therapeutic use. Therefore, Dacronin can be used for vulvar itching caused by fungal infections, but other causes of vulvar itching, Dacronin is not therapeutic.
