Sweat duct tumors are benign adenomas that have the potential to resolve on their own. Sweat duct tumors are adenomas that occur in the terminal ducts of the sweat glands. It is often asymptomatic except for the typical lesions. Typical lesions of eccrine duct tumors are hemispherical or flat papules symmetrically distributed around the eyelids and are often skin-colored, yellowish or brownish in color. Sweat duct tumors are benign tumors and generally do not require treatment. If necessary, it can be treated with electrocautery or freezing. They are usually slow in course and rarely resolve on their own, but the possibility exists that they may resolve on their own.
