”The rate of premature ejaculation in men’s clinics has risen sharply, occupying the first trend of sexual dysfunction consultation rate, many people are unsuccessful or short, they self-diagnose as “fast men” and rush to see premature ejaculation. 1, the definition of premature ejaculation?

If you suspect that you have premature ejaculation, you should meet the following three criteria.
(1) Sexual interval <1 minute or ejaculation before entry (excluding long sexual interval).
(2) Inability to satisfy the male desire for conquest and significant distress.
(3) The female partner is dissatisfied with at least 50% of the sexual life.
In particular, the third one is the main criterion. One patient, whose wife was not satisfied with 15 minutes of sex time, forced him to see premature ejaculation.
4.What tests should be done for premature ejaculation?
If you suspect that you have premature ejaculation, you must first go to a regular public large hospital male department for examination and treatment to avoid being duped. (3) Guide the patient to improve sexual skills.
(4) Use antidepressants (such as tricyclic antidepressants, 5-hydroxytryptamine reuptake inhibitors, dapoxetine hydrochloride tablets are drugs with premature ejaculation indications) or Chinese herbal medicine to reduce sexual nerve excitability – remember, taking antidepressants does not mean you have ” depression”!
(5) The use of local anesthetic properties of Western medicine (such as compound lidocaine cream) or Chinese medicine (clove preparation) to reduce the sensitivity of the glans.
6. Can circumcision cure premature ejaculation?
Theoretically, if the foreskin is not long and the glans is exposed, it can increase the friction amplitude of the glans, foreskin ties and other parts and underwear, increase the anti-friction ability during sex, and prolong the sex time. But sex time is affected by sexual excitement, environment, atmosphere, physical condition, frequency of sex, tacit understanding of sex, female response condition, vaginal tightness and many other factors, not simply a problem of anti-friction. So, don’t just hope for circumcision to cure premature ejaculation, after all, there is no recognized “circumcision to cure premature ejaculation” may just be a beautiful bubble!
7. Can dorsal nerve blocking of the penis cure premature ejaculation?
