Gastric sinus wall thickness of 0.6 cm may be normal, but the occurrence of gastric sinus cancer, gastric lymphoma, metastatic cancer and so on cannot be excluded. 1. Normal phenomenon: the thickness of normal gastric wall is 3-5mm, the gastric sinus wall will have thickening under the contraction state, and 0.6cm of gastric sinus wall thickness may occur. 2. Gastric sinus cancer: gastric sinus wall of patients with gastric sinus cancer will be thickened and accompanied by ulcers. When CT examination is performed, it may show that the wall of gastric sinus is 0.6 cm thick. 3. Gastric lymphoma: gastric lymphoma will cause obvious thickening of gastric wall and deformation of gastric lumen, so it may also show 0.6 cm thick of gastric sinus wall during examination. 4. Metastatic cancer: if the cancer in other parts of the body metastasizes to the stomach, it may also cause the human body to produce the situation of thick wall of gastric sinus. If the CT result shows that the wall of gastric sinus is 0.6 cm thick during physical examination, it is necessary to cooperate with doctors as soon as possible to carry out further gastroscopy and biopsy of gastric histopathology, so as to determine the condition and then carry out targeted treatment according to the condition of the disease.
