When you can let your child brush his or her own teeth

Generally speaking, children over one and a half years old should brush their teeth with the help or guidance of their parents. 1.Brush at least twice a day, early in the morning and before bedtime are recommended, and before bedtime is especially important. 2. Brushing takes at least 2 minutes. Focus on the biting and lining surfaces of the teeth, where bacteria tend to grow. In addition, children can also apply dental floss to clean the interdental space, because the adjacent surface of milk teeth is more prone to decay. 3.Squeeze a pea-sized amount of toothpaste for children to brush their teeth, and teach them to rinse the toothpaste left in their mouths with water after brushing. 4.Select a soft-bristled toothbrush suitable for children’s age and hand size. 5. Brush your child’s teeth together, set an example for them, and supervise them to brush properly.
