Gray nail type inguinitis, is caused by ringworm secondary infection caused by inguinitis, need to remove the diseased nail, topical drugs or systemic drugs for treatment.
1. General treatment: gray nails, i.e. tinea pedis, is caused by tinea infection, mostly spread from tinea pedis. You need to remove the nail, pay attention to personal hygiene, keep hands and feet dry, and wash shoes regularly.
2. Topical medication: on the basis of removing the diseased nail, use glacial acetic acid, tincture of iodine and other medicines to wipe it every day until the new nail grows out; or use urea ointment first to make the diseased nail soften, and then use cyclopiazepoxide, amorphophallus nail coating and other medicines. Also use antibiotic ointment such as fusidic acid cream, mupirocin ointment and so on to treat furuncle infection.
3. Systemic medication: severe cases can be treated with drugs such as itraconazole and terbinafine, and combined with oral antibiotics such as amoxicillin capsules and roxithromycin capsules.
It is recommended to go to the hospital for examination in time, to be operated by the doctor to remove the diseased nails, and to use medication under the doctor’s guidance.
