How often to use the flosser

The flosser can be used daily, but it is not recommended to use it multiple times a day as it can easily damage the dental bed or cause some impact on the gums. A flosser is a more common and ideal way to clean the gaps between teeth. The application of a flosser can remove food debris and soft scale from the interdental space, ensure that the adjacent space is clean, reduce gum bleeding, keep the area around the teeth clean, and contribute to the maintenance of periodontal health. However, if used excessively, it can lead to excessive cleaning of the teeth and damage the dental bed. Therefore, it is recommended that the flosser be used once a day, and each time is controlled to about 10 minutes. When using a flosser, you need to pay attention to hygiene and rinse it off after each use. In addition, the long-term use of poor quality flossers can injure the gum tissue and lead to gum recession. For the sake of oral health, be sure to choose a quality flosser product.
