If you find something suspicious, you should verify it repeatedly and avoid and remove it once you are sure. It is important to take antihistamines or use other anti-allergy treatments at the same time during the rash period. The most effective way to treat urticaria is to identify the cause and remove it, and you are completely cured. Next is anti-allergy treatment: antihistamines are often preferred. There are many types of them, some with drowsiness, some without or mild, depending on each person’s condition, work, life situation selection. For acute urticaria light can be injected benadryl or promethazine, while oral loratadine, cetirizine, cycloheximide, uazine, paracetamol, etc. can be maintained. If there is laryngeal edema and respiratory distress, immediately administer oxygen and prepare for tracheotomy. With a history of anaphylaxis, immediately inject 0.1% noradrenaline and intravenous hydrocortisone, along with antihistamines. Do not stop the medication immediately after the rash subsides, but also take more medication for a few days, and gradually reduce the amount to prevent recurrence. For chronic urticaria focus on finding the cause, find the cause of symptomatic treatment, but also to avoid recurrence of the key. The treatment routine is oral antihistamines, one drug can not control, can be used in combination with two or three, and can even be combined with corticosteroids. There is a triple therapy of antihistamines + blood pressure + blood loss, which has achieved satisfactory results.
