What is meridian hypnosis?

Meridian hypnosis is a set of operational hypnosis techniques based on the traditional hypnosis and integrating the “meridian” theory of traditional Chinese medicine in China, which is practiced by my teacher, Professor Ma Weixiang, through years of clinical experience. It is based on the theory of Chinese medicine meridians and the five organs and the hidden spirit, and combined with modern hypnosis theory, hypnosis treatment is carried out by pointing, pressing and tui-na techniques on meridian points, combined with hypnotic guidance language, which is more widely applicable to people and scope than traditional hypnosis. On the one hand, meridian hypnosis is easier to enter and deepen than traditional language-induced hypnosis, so that some people who are less sensitive to language can also experience a wonderfully relaxing hypnotic state. On the other hand, meridian hypnosis adds meridian and acupuncture point hypnotherapy techniques to the hypnotic state, which is more effective in solving some physical and mental diseases, breaking many limitations of traditional hypnosis in the treatment of diseases. The theory of meridians in Chinese medicine is a doctrine discovered, summarized and perfected in thousands of years of medical practice, with rich connotations of ancient Chinese medicine culture, guiding medical techniques such as acupuncture, acupressure, qigong and medicine to the meridians, which have made great contributions to the reproduction and health of the Chinese nation. Nowadays, medical practice, qigong and meridian sensing phenomena confirm the existence of meridians, especially in recent times, scientists at home and abroad have further confirmed the scientific nature of meridians through physical means such as sound, light, heat, nuclear, electricity and magnetism. Meridians are the objective existence of the living body, is the body’s energy information transmission, regulation system. The meridians communicate with the internal organs of the human body, the structure of the surface and the blood, thus regulating the physiological functions of the human body. “The five viscera hide the gods, the heart is the master of the bright gods, the heart and soul president,” and and the will of the five organs of human spiritual activities need meridian contact coordination, and by the heart and soul. The interconnection and action between the five gods of “God, spirit, soul and will” must be through the communication of meridians and blood, and the communication between the mind and the outside world must also be reflected to the mind through the “five senses” (vision, hearing, smell, taste, body) by the meridians, so the meridians are Therefore, the meridians are the basis for the mental activities of the human mind and emotions, and they are also the premise of meridian hypnosis. Through point massage of acupuncture points, especially “finger trembling” technique, based on sound and breath transmission energy conduction, bioelectromagnetic conduction plays a key role in stimulating and transmitting energy information of meridians, and at the same time, the conditioning of meridians causes a series of biological effects on human body, such as the production of many kinds of neuropeptides, serotonin, vascular tension, etc. to participate in mental The consciousness activity accelerates the function regulation of the internal organs and the regulation of the mind, which makes hypnosis fast and convenient. The hypnotic guidance language takes meridian and meridian qi as the carrier, and the meridian hypnotist transmits the energy information to the visitor through the induction language and the external transmission of meridian and meridian qi to improve the sensibility, stimulate the visitor’s meridian and meridian qi, form energy resonance, quickly and effectively regulate the function of the visitor’s spoils and regulate the emotion and will, and achieve a solid and lasting hypnotic effect. It also uses the large channels of human meridians to more quickly and effectively regulate the functions of the internal organs of the visitors, unblocking the meridians, balancing yin and yang, and regulating the emotions, thus achieving double regulation of psychology and physiology, making the hypnotic effect more lasting and significant.
