Feeling like I’m going to faint at any moment?

There are two possibilities for feeling like fainting at any time: 1. Functional disease: Patients have anxiety, excessive worry about their physical condition, and although they are healthy, patients always feel unwell and weak, and feel like fainting at any time, but not really fainting. 2. Organic disease: If patients have severe anemia, postural hypotension, and various types of vertigo, they may faint at any time. Patients often feel dizzy and heavy, sometimes accompanied by blackness in front of the eyes, vertigo with obvious visual rotation, nausea, vomiting, and may have unstable standing or walking while walking, leaning to one side, and may faint to the ground at any time if they do not pay attention. In this case, we should improve the etiological examination and then treat the cause, such as postural hypotension with Midodrine hydrochloride tablets, anemia with blood transfusion or iron supplementation, and vertigo with betahistine or difenidol to stop dizziness for symptomatic treatment.
