A blood pressure of 110/70 mmHg is considered normal if it is within the normal blood pressure range. Normal blood pressure should have a systolic blood pressure of <140 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure of <90 mmHg. The normal blood pressure range includes both normotensive and normohypertensive blood pressure, which is still within the normal range but has an increased risk of developing hypertension. Normal blood pressure should have a systolic blood pressure of <130 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure of <80 mmHg, while normal high blood pressure should have a systolic blood pressure between 130 and 139 mmHg and/or a diastolic blood pressure between 80 and 89 mmHg. A systolic blood pressure of 110 mmHg and a diastolic blood pressure of 70 mmHg are within the above normal blood pressure ranges. It is generally recommended that even people with normal blood pressure should continue to monitor their blood pressure, have their blood pressure checked regularly, and consult a doctor if they have symptoms such as headaches or abnormal blood pressure.
