Women with kidney yin deficiency can take medicines such as Six-flavored Di Huang Pill and Zuo Gui Wan under doctor’s guidance to regulate the condition.
1. Six-flavored Dihuang Pill: It is composed of ripened rhubarb, cornelian cherry, peony bark and yam, which can nourish yin and tonify the kidney. It is used for kidney yin deficiency, dizziness, tinnitus, lumbar and knee pain and weakness, bone vaporization and tidal fever (a burst of heat, feeling that the heat comes from inside the bone to the outside), night sweating (abnormal sweating after going to sleep, and the sweating stops after waking up), and spermatorrhea.
