Most of them are due to keloid growths. If they are small, they can be left untreated. If the hyperplasia is more obvious and there is an obvious keloid that affects the appearance, treatment can be given by surgical removal of the keloid, which can be confirmed by pathological examination. If it is determined to be a keloid, multiple injections of local hormonal drugs or small doses of radiotherapy are needed after surgery to prevent recurrence.
