  How long can stomach cancer metastasis to liver live is mainly related to the severity of the disease, treatment and individual factors of patients, which should be analyzed on a case-by-case basis and cannot be generalized.  If the metastasis is only to the liver and is a single metastasis, the primary lesion can be treated surgically, and both the primary lesion and liver metastasis can be removed at the same time, and the survival period can be 6 months with radiotherapy after surgery. If there are multiple metastases or more liver metastases that cannot be treated by surgical resection, effective radiotherapy can be administered to obtain a survival period of 3-6 months.
