What’s wrong with babies who don’t urinate much?

Low urine output in infants is mainly due to physiological phenomena, urinary tract obstruction, and insufficient renal blood perfusion.
1. Physiological phenomenon: it may be caused by infants eating less breast milk or milk powder brewing too thick, infants with insufficient water intake will lead to a decrease in the amount of urine.
2. Urinary tract obstruction: It is mainly caused by the diseases of the urinary system itself and the surrounding tissues and organs, resulting in the urinary tract not being smooth or the abnormal function of the urinary tract muscle contraction. As a result, urine can not be discharged normally, and thus the phenomenon of low urine output can occur.
3. insufficient renal blood perfusion: mainly due to renal artery stenosis, arteriosclerosis and other causes of insufficient renal blood perfusion, renal blood flow is reduced, the glomerular filtration rate decreases, and then oliguria.
Infant urine can also be seen in other reasons, if you exclude physiological factors, it is recommended to take the baby to the hospital in a timely manner, in accordance with the doctor’s instructions for treatment, to avoid delaying the condition.
