A high percentage of bimaxillary protrusion deformity occurs in Oriental people, especially in South China, which seriously affects the facial aesthetics of patients. The famous Phoenix is a typical example. In fact, patients with bimaxillary protrusion can achieve a normal straight face as long as they undergo professional oral orthodontic and orthodontic treatment in childhood. The following case is a case of a small girl turning into a swan. Female, 10 years old, bimaxillary protrusion visited the clinic. Examination: teething stage, deep bite of anterior teeth. The upper teeth were severely protruding. Lateral radiographs suggested a dental-bony mixed protrusion. After communication with the parents, it was decided to start with orthopedic treatment. After one year of orthodontic treatment, fixed orthodontic treatment was started. During the orthodontic treatment, the patient’s cooperation was poor, but due to our use of implants as support, the patient obtained maximum internal retraction of the anterior teeth. This patient received orthodontic treatment very early due to parental attention. Although at a later stage the patient was less cooperative and sometimes came only once every six months, the orthodontic results were guaranteed due to the reasonable use of the aligners. The gorgeous transformation from little girl to swan sometimes requires only a gentle movement of the teeth.
