What is the pain from the right chest to the back?

Pain in the right side of the chest to the back indicates gallbladder stones combined with acute inflammation of the gallbladder. In the presence of inflammation of the gallbladder, there is pain in the upper abdomen under the glabella and in the right upper abdomen, even very severe, usually in the form of biliary colic. Since the inflammation can reach the phrenic nerve, it can lead to pain in the back and right scapula, accompanied by nausea and vomiting. Ultrasound of the gallbladder or CT of the upper abdomen can be performed to detect single or multiple stones in the gallbladder, inflammation of the gallbladder wall, thickening of the gallbladder wall, and surrounding inflammatory exudate. After the diagnosis is clear, anti-infection treatment is required and aggressive surgical preparation is needed to perform laparoscopic cholecystectomy.
