Patients with mycosis fungoides should not take levofloxacin. Levofloxacin is mainly used for urinary tract infections and has no therapeutic effect on mycobacteria. Patients with mycosis vaginalis can take oral fluconazole tablets or mycoplasma tablets to effectively kill the mold to achieve the therapeutic effect. Vaginal medications such as clotrimazole pessary, mycophenolate pessary or dacrynic acid pessary can be given to treat mycosis vaginalis effectively. Mycosis vaginalis is a recurrent infection, so it is important to prohibit intercourse and bathing during treatment. During the treatment period, the clothes and utensils worn by the patient should be routinely disinfected to avoid cross-infection, and spicy and stimulating foods should be prohibited during the treatment period.
