Bilateral frontal lobe and few ischemic foci in the left frontal lobe are imaging terms, mostly related to atherosclerosis. Cerebral ischemic foci, is not a medical diagnosis, not a disease name, found by imaging, it is an imaging sign, which occurs in which part of the brain, described as ischemic foci in which part of the brain. The vast majority of cerebral ischemic foci are atherosclerosis-related, that is, secondary changes in the cerebral vasculature as a result of systemic atherosclerosis due to chronic hypertension, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, etc. In addition, a differential diagnosis needs to be made with diseases such as demyelinating diseases, brain infections, cysticercosis, and metastatic tumors, which can be made by combining the history, symptoms, signs, auxiliary examinations, and other relevant tests. Patients who are found to have ischemic foci in the brain should seek timely medical treatment and intervene under the guidance of specialized doctors to prevent the progression of the disease.
