San Guan is located on the radial edge of the forearm, in a straight line from Yang Chi point to Qu Chi point. Pushing San Guan has the effect of warming yang and dispersing cold (warming yang qi and dispersing cold), sweating and relieving the surface (relieving evil qi on the surface of the body through sweating), and replenishing qi and promoting qi, and it can be used to treat all the symptoms of deficiency and cold.
